From Robert Pattinson, Collider Interview, April 2011
I guess I had an experience, when I did a Harry Potter film, years ago, and I was just starting to realize that I wanted to be an actor, even though I had already finished three movies, by that point. I remember being in Tokyo and looking out the window and seeing the Tokyo skyline. It made me reflect on what had happened in my life, and I was in awe of what road I had taken, by accident. In terms of being mesmerized by a girl, like he is, I guess that happens.
Author’s Note: Can there ever be too many pictures of Rob and Tai? Nope. Not at all.
The quote drew my attention for a couple of reasons… One, he is talking about when he realized that he actually did love being an actor and I’m so happy that he did. Two, he references being in Japan and I’m pretty sure he’s talking about when they promoted Twilight there. And three… he equates his awe in life to being mesmerized by a girl. Gee, Rob… Who are you talking about? WINK WINK.

From Kristen Stewart, V Magazine, Spring 2013
“I really love people,” she says as she hops into a chair and folds her tiny frame like origami. “You can’t not as an actor. It’s just strange meeting someone and going, Okay, you start at square one and I will try and make up for what you already think you know about me.”
She tries so hard to be what fans need her to be. Part of my frustration with the general consensus of judgy morons (yes, that is a technical term) who have a pre-conceived ill opinion of her is that she really is so amazingly cool to her fans and they would NEVER admit that. I’ve met her several times and have never had anything but a great experience. Sometimes, though, I’d love to be able to tell her “It’s ok, Kristen. You don’t have to be a certain way just to make us happy. Flip off the camera. It’s cool. I get it!” LOL!
From Robert Pattinson, Entertainment Weekly Magazine, November 2011
“I mean, there’s no way to have your movies be massively successful and get 100 percent of the critical praise every single time.”
Why is Rob so much more perceptive than movie critics and supposed experts? How does he understand that every movie doesn’t get every single thing right 100% of the time? Such a smart guy, that Robert Pattinson. This quote is great because it shows that Rob is doing what he loves for the right reasons and has reasonable expectations. I love that about him.
