There hasn’t been a dull moment all year-not since dazzling neons overlook shadowy neutrals to illuminate every conceivable basic, from Jil Sander’s magenta pantsuit to Celine’s chartreuse tote. It’s a highly charged nod in the direction of Stephen Sprouse, who set Debbie Harry aglow in the eighties with Day-Glo stage costumes before collaborating in 2000 with Louis Vuitton on fluorescent graffitied handbags. Today, stars are plugging into the trend and amplifying their megawatt status, Kate Bosworth made sparks fly in Proenza Schouler’s tangerine sheath, while Kristen Stewart looked positively electrifying in the brand’s clashing sequined T-shirt and skirt. But on the streets, it isn’t only about head-to-toe looks and accessories; blogs are documenting dip-dyed, highlighter-bring tresses as well as manicures. And with Michael Kors’s neon scuba dresses in for resort, it doesn’t look like high-octane color is about to fade.
There isn’t much to post today so far, therefore I thought I’d post this video that includes funny moments with Robert and Kristen, and course the other cast mates. It’s very cute and funny!
