HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! I went a little crazy on the banner, pink and red are lovely colors. I personally love Valentines Day because I love any holiday where eating mass amounts of chocolate/candy is socially acceptable (I’m also looking at you Easter & Halloween!)

I figured I’d do a Valentines Day Edition instead of a Friday because..why not?

I know she lives in an old neighborhood, far away from student housing – that she doesn’t socialize with anyone from our program much at all. That she’s insanely beautiful and that she could have anyone she wants, but that she never, ever dates. That her voice, as rare as it is to hear, is gentle and low.

That she’s smart. Brilliant. Smarter than me, and I’m not trying to brag when I tell you that’s saying something.

I know she likes theoretical versus experimental physics, that she earned the only A in Dr. Banner’s nanoscale class last semester, and that string theory is her area of interest.

I know she looks particularly insanely beautiful in blue.

And as I hitch my backpack higher on my shoulders and shove my glasses up my nose, I decide there’s one other thing I know.

I know that today’s the day I’m going to go up to her.

Today’s the day I’m going to say hello.

Why? I’m a sucker for The Big Bang Theory. I’ve seen every episode, I can quote it like it’s my job and I love nerdy things. Therefore, this fic hit me hard & I love love love love love it.

“What’s your name?”

She asks me this as if she’s entitled to know. And maybe she is.

Definitely.

She definitely is.

“Why do you want to know?”

I challenge her, because I really want to know the answer to the question. I really do want to know why she would be interested in knowing anything about me.

“Well, first of all, you know my name.”

“Yeah…and?” I say, playing with the little silver flippy thing on the sugar container. I briefly wonder what it’s called. “Your name is on your badge, Bella.”

My heart stutters a bit as I say it.

Her name.

Why? Because everyone needs some humor/romance fics in their life.

Kristen talks about the making of On the Road, her experiences while filming, and going through the process of portraying real people on screen.

Kristen Stewart swears a lot. This instantly makes her a human being rather than the tabloid icon she’s unwillingly become at age 22 thanks to the Twilight saga and its constant media presence.

Stewart’s at the Toronto Film Festival with On The Road, an adaptation of Jack Kerouac’s classic beat novel in which she plays Marylou, the sexually adventurous child bride of the charismatic Dean Moriarty. (Yes, there are nude scenes. No, they aren’t explicit.) She’s been paired with Garrett Hedlund, who plays Moriarty, and the two of them are at their most animated when discussing the freewheeling, improvisational style director Walter Salles encouraged during the rehearsal process.

“I tortured myself in the most amazing, wonderful way for four weeks,” she says, “and then as soon as the four weeks were done it was like, ‘You need to stop thinking, because if you don’t you’re gonna regret this entire experience. You’re gonna look back and say: I fucked up. I thought too much.’”

“It’s always fun to have freedom and have, like, happy accidents where you go, ‘Wow, that’s cool, I didn’t expect that,’” she says. “But when you’re playing somebody who’s [actually] existed, you know.…” And she stops herself, rethinking her position on the fly.

“I don’t want to discredit what it feels like to play a character who’s been written by somebody,” she continues. “You feel just as responsible to the writer and to everyone who’s been affected by that character.”

“I’ve played Joan Jett,” she says, “and because she was on set every day I couldn’t improv. I couldn’t. Everything I said, I spoke to her about it. You know – you can’t put words in their mouths unless you know. Unless you really feel it, and it’s coming from the right place.”

Paul Becker talks about Kristen’s dancing skills, saying Rob was the one having difficulty!

Despite the fact that Kristen Stewart’s character in Twilight is supposed to be totally clumsy with two left feet, Breaking Dawn Part 1 & 2 choreographer Paul Becker says that’s far from the truth.

“At first it was actually Rob [Pattinson] that was stepping on Kristen’s toes and not the other way around,” Paul tells Hollyscoop exclusively.

Of course he’s referring to their now infamous wedding dance scene, confirming what we kind of already knew about Kristen–which is that KStew can probably do anything a dude can do, but do it better.

“In the movie she’s supposed to be a bad dancer, but Kristen took charge and let Rob know who is boss…they were supportive partners and quick learners,” the choreographer tells us.
